Haryana highways to have trauma centres at every 50-60 km: CM Khattar

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said trauma centres would be established at every 50-60 km along the main highways in the state to provide quick medical aid to accident victims.
Besides, half the revenue generated from challaning of vehicles would be utilised for development works of Police Department, Khattar said, while addressing the gathering after inaugurating police assistance booths in Karnal.

20 police assistance booths have been established from Delhi-Kundli border to Ambala.
Every Police Assistance Booth will have a motorcycle, an ambulance and would be manned by five police personnel. The Chief Minister also flagged off motorcycles of police assistance booths.
