Former MLA Roshan Lal Arya who was in supporting role with Rajkumar Saini from last some time against Jat Reservation, has formed a new Party I.e. Haryana Sarvjhan Party".
He announced Rajkumar Saini as a party CM candidate.He also attacked the some BJP Jat leaders .
At the time of speech he attacked on govt. He figure out the way of working of the Haryana Govt and told about his contact with 4-5 BJP and other independent sitting MLAs.
