Haryana Govt to recruit 263 Sub-Inspectors through HSSC exam



In a bid to strengthen the policing system in the State, Haryana Government has decided to fill up 263 posts of sub-inspector of police, including 200 males and 63 females.
The posts would be filled  by direct recruitment through Haryana Staff Selection Commission, said an official spokesman.

He said Chief Minister Manohar Lal has approved a proposal in this regard. Notably, Haryana Government has recently increased police ranges from four to five in the state to improve the policing system. 

The Haryana Government had sanctioned 1,724 posts of different categories for all the 21 women police stations in the state so as to further strengthen these police stations.  The women police stations, established in the State are facing acute shortage of staff.
