Today, Central Minister of Panchayati Raj Ch. Birender Singh has cleared his views on SYL.He said that Supreme Court has given its decision in favour of Haryana .Now BRO(Border Road Organisation) or other agency can be called to built SYL in Punjab area.
He said that Punjab do not have any way out,they have to built the canal .Under the agreement between both the states Punjab have to give 3.5 Billion Hectore water to Haryana.
